Childhood Cancers
Advances in Pediatric Oncology over last five decades led to major successes in treating childhood cancers with definite long term cure rates. Cancers in children have become common in the recent past. Today, the established Pediatric Oncology groups are able to achieve around 70% long term survival rates by using latest practices and techniques invented in this field.
Children’s Cancer Foundation (CCF) has extended its support to a large number of children affected by leukemia, lymphoma, wilm’s tumor, neuroblastoma, sarcoma and brain tumors in last ten years. CCF has supported families and professionals in achieving excellent long term cure rates.
